Applications require the following materials:
- Application Fee: US $75. 75美金的签证申请费
- Data Sheet: asks for personal data, proposed program info. Test data, educational background, and work experience. 收集好个人信息，申请PROGRAM 的信息，教育背景和工作经验的信息等。
- Transcripts: official or attested transcripts are required from all undergraduate and graduate programs attended. All transcripts must be received in sealed envelopes.官方成绩单。
- Letters of Recommendation: 2 letters of recommendation are required. If you are currently in school, letters from academic advisors and other professors are preferred. If you are currently in industry, letters from employers are acceptable. All letters should be submitted through the online application process. 我们要求2封推荐信。如果你还在学校里，最好找学术上的导师，如果你已经工作了，雇主可以做推荐。都要使用网推。
