International Students - Additional Requirements
· TOEFL or IELTS ScoresFor students with degrees from institutions where the primary language of instruction is not English, the TOEFL or IELTS is required.
· If your institution uses any other scale, you must convert your GPA to a 4.0 scale. International Grade Conversion Tool (A=4, B=3, C=2, D=1)
Applications are prescreened and verified by the department year round. After we have verified your pre-screen data,if you are recommended for admission, your next step will be to complete an official application with the CSU Graduate School若你通过预申请，你下一步将是向研究生院里申请。

2. International Application Materials Checklist
Required
· APPLICATION FEE- Submit $50 Non-refundable Application Fee 50美金的申请费
· TOEFL/IELTS SCORES- Request that TOEFL examination scores be reported from ETS to Colorado State University. The institution code is 4075. Photocopies will not be accepted. 托福或者雅思成绩，送分代码是4075.
The minimum TOEFL score for admission without condition is 80 (internet based). 托福最低分是80.
The minimum IELTS score for admission without condition is 6.5.雅思最低分是6.5
· DOCUMENTS- The following materials must be sent directly to the department in which the applicant plans to study下列资料要直接送到系里。
1. OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS/CREDENTIAL & CERTIFIED TRANSLATIONS- 本科成绩单
2.THREE LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION- There is no standardized format unless specified by the academic department. 三封推荐信
3. Certified proof of financial support print the Immigration Document Request form, this form must be completed and mailed along with the required supporting documents to the address above. International Student and Scholar Services will issue an I-20/DS-2019 only after the form has been received and accepted by Colorado State University. http://isss.colostate.edu/forms/Immigration_Document_Request_Form.pdf 。资金证明需要一起邮寄到系里。签发I-20也需要资金证明。
4. Passport Copy
The submission of any false information or fraudulent documents in connection with the application process is grounds for rejection of the application or dismissal from the Graduate School regardless of the nature of other credentials.护照首页的复印件。
